The Padzieski Art Gallery is open Tuesday through Friday, Noon
to 6:30 p.m.; Saturday, noon to 5:30 p.m. and through intermission
for most theater performances.
Where is the Gallery located?
The Padzieski Art Gallery is located directly across from the
theater box office in the west wing of the Ford Community &
Performing Arts Center.
What is the admission?
Admission to the Padzieski Art Gallery is free.
How can I exhibit in the Padzieski Art Gallery?
Artists interested in exhibiting at the Gallery must fill out
a proposal application which will be reviewed by the Gallery
Co-ordinator and Gallery Committee. Proposal applications can

What is the history of the Padzieski Art Gallery?
The Padzieski Art Gallery was formerly named The City Gallery
and was situated on the fourth floor of Dearborn City Hall.
It was established in 1989 as a collaborative project of the
DCAC and the City of Dearborn. Its purpose is to serve as an
exhibition venue for local, regional, national and touring exhibitions.
Is the work for sale?
The majority of the time the work is for sale with sales benefitting
participating artists. A 30% commission on each sold item provides
funding for gallery upkeep.
Who are the Padzieski's?
Frank and Mary Padzieski and family have been Dearborn residents
for many years. They have had a lifelong interest in the arts
and have provided support for many arts and community projects
including the Gallery, the Dearborn Symphony Orchestra, Oakwood
Hospital, and the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
How can I become a Gallery volunteer?
There are two convenient ways to become a gallery volunteer:
