Self Defense Class for Professionals
Do you have a concern for your personal
safety?
Many professionals are required to leave work at late hours
and get into their cars in dark parking lots. Do you worry about
being assaulted or other violent crimes? If so we have designed
a program that will teach you a variety of Hap Ki Do techniques
that will allow you to escape or disable your attacker. The
attack could be choking, grabbing hair, punching, kicking, knife
attack, fire arm or many other situations. This class is instructed
by a black belt martial artist. This class is not a regular
martial art training class. The purpose of this class is to
teach you nearly 25 different defense techniques to guard against
attacks.
This self-defense class is for men and women,
ages 13 and above, that want to learn a self-defense system
that uses techniques rather than strength to subdue an attacker.
Students will learn in progressive classes a variety of breakaways,
wrist locks, strikes, pressure points, punch blocks, balance
distribution, and take downs. This art is a 100% self-defense
system with no forms and all kicks are below the waist; there
is no aerobic kicking.
