Group Exercise & Fitness Classes---Effective June 1, 2003
(*) Pass-holder "A" Classes:
Abs.
& Hips/Resist-A-Ball - Great class for trimming the
hips and waist line. Build strength and balance while you improve
your overall health.
Aerobic
Combo - Combination of Hi/Low & Step.
Aerobic
Interval - Combines intervals of high/low aerobics and
kickboxing moves with segments of weight training. Keeps your
heart rate in your target zone.
All
Abs.- Concentrates on strengthening your abdominals and
lower back.
Art of Exercise in Belly Dancing-
Coordinates various movements to enhance, tone and strengthen
your abdominal area and hips.
Beginner Cardio - Combination of
beginner high/low, step, cycle, abs and stretching.
Body
Sculpt/Upper/Lower/Full Body- A non-aerobic class featuring
floor exercise using dyna-bands or hand weights and resist-a-ball
abs.
Body Toning - Tone
the entire body--arms, legs, hips and abs.
Cardio
Mix - A challenging class, which could include kickboxing,
cardio-power development exercises, power step and circuit training
with cycle.
Pilates
- This total core body toning & strength building class
targets the abdominal and mid-body area.
Senior
Strength Training - Improve your everyday functioning
and physical fitness. This class includes stretching and the
use of medium/light weights and dyna-bands.
Step
Aerobics- A total body aerobic conditioning and strength
training work-out, using steps and a platform.
Studio
Cycle - 45 minutes on a cycle, followed by 15 minutes
of floor exercise and stretching.
Yogalates
(NEW) - Combines movements from yoga and pilates-style
exercise to develop core strength, increased flexibility, muscle
tone and stress reduction.
All
of these classes, conducted in the Aerobics Studio, are fee
for passholder A patrons, ages 15 and over.
