Exchange Privileges
As a Subscriber, you have the ability to exchange your ticket
or seat for any other performance during the Ford Community
& Performing Art Center Professional Season - up to one
day prior to the performance for which you hold a ticket.
Seat upgrades will be billed at the difference in seat cost
plus a $1.00 transaction fee. A $1.00 transaction charge is
made on show exchanges. Exchanges are based on availability.
First Priority to Renew Your Subscription
As a subscriber, you will be given first notice of the next
season, and you will receive the first look at shows for the
upcoming season. Of course, you will also have the opportunity
to renew, upgrade or change your tickets before anyone else.
Lost Tickets Insurance
We keep a record of all seating locations and will issue a
lost ticket voucher - proving that you can leave home without
it. No additional fee.
Priority Purchase Opportunities
As a subscriber, you may purchase additional tickets to any
performance, often before the general public, and you will
receive a subscriber discount.
VIP Treatment
You will receive announcements during the season for special
subscriber receptions featuring case members, backstage passes
and special events. Season ticket holders will be invited
to many special "Meet the Artist" opportunities.
Convenience
Tickets are mailed directly to your home. There's no waiting
in line to get the best seats.
