Dearborn Senior Services, located in the east wing of The Center, provides activities, classes, programs, travel opportunities and information for Dearborn senior citizens, aged 50 and over. It is open Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Most activities and programs take place at the Dearborn Senior Center, which is also located in the east wing of The Center. A convenient parking lot is adjacent to the east wing entrance.

We are always in search of volunteers to help with our Meals on Wheels - Food Distribution and Liquid Nutrition programs. This is great way of helping out in your community and giving a friendly smile to local seniors. Must be 15 or older to use fitness equipment and be in the fitness area.
Must be age 13 or older to enter the facility without a parent or guardian. Children under 13 must be accompanied and chaperoned by a paying adult.
All patrons must present a valid picture ID or membership ID whenever they enter the fitness facility.
Family Open Swim:
Fall/Winter Hours: Monday-Friday, 6-8 p.m.;
Saturday & Sunday, 1-5 p.m.
Summer Hours: Monday-Sunday, 1-5 p.m.
Subject to change during school breaks
Indoor Track hours for children under 15:
Monday-Friday, 4-8 p.m. & Saturday, 2-6 p.m.
Children are only allowed in the track area during the times above and must be within arms length of parent.
Strollers permitted in fitness area and on track:
Monday-Friday, 9-11 a.m.
To protect all users’ rights of access to the facility, ensure the health and safety of all guests and staff, and to protect resources from damage, the following rules and policies have been adopted.
1. Sandals or bare feet are prohibited in fitness or gymnasium areas. Closed-toe athletic shoes are required.
2. Gymnastics and tumbling are prohibited.
3. No food or drinks (except water) are permitted in the fitness area or gymnasium.
4. No slamming or dropping weights. Weights must be re-racked in free weight area when not in use.
5. Fitness machines must be properly wiped down after use with paper towel and disinfectant spray.
6. No more than two people are allowed to congregate anywhere in the fitness or track areas.
7. Hanging, pulling, or dunking on basketball rims is prohibited, as are half-court shots in gymnasium.
8. The use of a cellular phone in the fitness or pool areas that disturbs other patrons is prohibited.
9. Possession or use of a camera phone in any of the locker room areas is prohibited.
10. Harassment of other guests or staff, verbally or physically, is prohibited.
11. Showers must be taken before entering the pool.
12. For the comfort of others, patrons working out are asked to refrain from heavy use of perfumes or fragrances.
13. Family locker rooms are reserved for families with opposite-gender children. Children over six months old are not permitted in the gender-specific locker room if they are of the opposite gender.
14. Patrons must be properly attired at all times. Midriffs may not be displayed.
15. All patrons are expected to behave properly in our family-oriented facility. Disorderly or deviant behavior will be grounds for expulsion.
Violations of any of the above will result in either a verbal warning or eviction from the facility. Any misconduct may result in the loss of facility privileges, resulting in a denial of access to the facility for a period of time.
