Only approved caterers can provide food at The Center. To become an approved caterer, you must provide a copy of your (1) Safe Serve Food Manager certification, (2) business license and (3) furnish proof of insurance. If accepted, there is a $50 registration fee for one year.
Approved caterers are permitted full use of the facility's kitchen equipment and will be included on our "Approved Caterers" list. This fee also covers caterers that sell food at The Center in conjunction with any event. For any event held at The Center that requires food, a $1-per-person facility fee is assessed. This fee is based on the number of chairs that are requested for the event.

Outdoor shelters at Crowley, Hemlock and Ford Field are available for rental by picnickers and party-goers, ages 21 and over. All shelters are roofed picnic areas equipped with electrical outlets and interior lighting. All except Crowley also have a drinking fountain and an electrical hot water heater. Restrooms are included in the shelter at Hemlock and in the South Shelter at Ford Field. Restroom facilities are within easy walking distance of Crowley’s shelter.

Studio A
For more modest gatherings of up to 150 guests, wood-paneled Studio A offers an elegant, but functional option at $650/five-hour block and $170 for each additional hour.
Lincoln Ballroom
The 15,000 square-foot Lincoln Ballroom is perfect for conventions/trade shows, banquets, wedding receptions and larger special events. The cost from Monday-Thursday is $3,250/day, and $3,750/day for Friday-Sunday.
Michael A. Guido Theater
A variety of meeting rooms, capable of accommodating up to 80 people in a meeting or classroom-style setting, are located in the east wing of the facility.
Club Room 1
For smaller gratherings, the east wing of The Center features Club Room 1 that can be set up in a meeting-, theater-, or classroom-style setting for $90/hour and $540/day.
Wet Rooms 1 and 2 or both
Wet Rooms 1 and 2 can also be set up in a meeting-, theater-, or classroom-style setting for $51/hour and $280/day for one, or $90/hour and $540/day for both.
Leisure Pool & Lap Pool
$315/hour
Basketball Court
$60/hour
Each of the two swimming pools and the pair of regulation basketball courts are available for rent only after hours, and require a two-hour minimum.
